Maintaining Ethics through Standing in Integrity
The session will differentiate the distinctions between ethics and integrity. It will expound on why integrity is a key factor that affects a leader or employee’s standing within their organization and in the public arena. Participants will use GILI, an integrity self-assessment to identify strength and opportunity areas in 3 dimensions. The session will conclude with a highlight of 3 dimensions of integrity that impact our daily interactions and enable participants to maintain ethical conduct.
Leadership Values & Integrity the Trust Builder
Most of us view ourselves as people with high integrity yet aren’t aware of the things that daily erode our integrity. Participants will identify their core values & those of their supervision, and organization to understand where alignment exists or needs for adjustments. This session will differentiate the distinctions between ethics and integrity, and address how integrity affects a leader or employee’s standing within their organization and in the public arena. The session will also highlight three dimensions of integrity that impact our daily interactions. Walking Your Talk, Building & Sustaining Trust
One of the most important things a leader has to do is build & sustain the trust of those they lead. This workshop enables leaders to assess how well they practice behaviors that build trust and learn the behaviors that build credibility and relationship trust. During the session we identify the core behaviors that erode trust in their workplace and develop strategies to rebuild trust. The workshop concludes with identifying what integrity is and why it’s so important to sustaining trust.
Gray Integrity Leadership Instrument Course
This integrity course is based on the copyrighted GILI (Gray Integrity Leadership Instrument) and curriculum to increase integrity with one’s self, interpersonally and within your organization or given environment. This course is provided in an interactive manner integrating video clips, actual business case scenarios, participant experiences, quizzes and journaling to solidify the concepts for practical application.
Introduction to Coaching Skills for Managers & Team Leaders
This course is designed to instruct participants in the core coaching skills and tools used by managers and team leaders. Participants will learn a basic coaching conversation model, review key coaching applications (high performer, low performer, and etc.) and learn how to focus the coaching on productivity and performance improvement.

The Leadership Challenge
The Leadership challenge is a renowned Leadership Model developed by the Leadership and Management consultants Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner. The Leadership Challenge provides a 360-degree participant assessment, along with an understanding of the five leadership practices: Model the way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, and Encourage the Heart.
This course introduces participants to models for achieving change in the public and private sector. Participants will review selected classic change models and then apply these models in analyzing what is working and not working in change efforts currently underway in their organizations. Participants are also introduced to a model for understanding resistance that demonstrates ways to use resistance as a force to support change efforts. Participants will review the core skills and characteristics of effective change leaders and conduct a self-assessment.
